The private bank wanted to sustainably develop the operative processes in purchasing throughout the group and was seeking supporting systems.
In the first phase, we conducted a market assessment in relation to the potential system providers in the fields of procure-to-pay (P2P) and contract management (CM). This included, among other things, the pricing structures (licensing and maintenance costs, implementation, etc.), as well as detailed assessments of data security, connections to peripheral systems, etc. The first phase was brought to a conclusion with a management presentation including recommendations for potential providers and the next steps.
In the second phase, a few of the providers were invited to conduct system presentations. We created a catalogue of assessment criteria that supported the interdisciplinary team in their evaluations and decision-making processes.
In the third phase, we supported the private bank in preliminary workshops and negotiations.
